    Depending on the amount of stuff that you need to move, the size of a van can vary. We have various sizes of vehicles to meet your needs.
    Can I do my own packing?
    Although you can usually pack your own things, we highly recommend hiring a professional to handle the packing process. They'll know how to do the job and have the necessary tools to do it quickly and efficiently.
    Do you dismantle and reassemble my furniture?
    We will remove and put back together your furniture at your new home if you ask us to at quotation stage. Otherwise, please be sure to have furniture dismantled and ready to go before our movers arrive.
    How do I pay for my removal?
    We accept cheques, credit cards, and cash. We also offer a variety of payment methods, such as direct debit. When you are setting up an appointment, tell the person who will be handling your bill how you would like to pay, and they will give you a list of options.
    How do I move house with a dog/cat?
    Before you start the process of moving, make sure that your pet shut in a separate room and clearly mark the door “DO NOT OPEN” to avoid them escaping. Once the bulk of the move is complete, you can move your pet to an empty room while the moving company finish loading the final items.
    Are my goods insured?
    Your items are covered while they're in transit to the value of £50,000 per van. Before you start looking for any additional insurance, make sure that you thoroughly read the terms and conditions of the policy.     What time will the van arrive?
