    How do I pay for my clearance?
    Upon accepting our quote, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder 7 days before your clearance date. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, or via BACS.
    What time will the van arrive?
    Generally, our staff start work between six and eight o’clock in the morning. We aim to be at your address between 8:30 am and 9:00 am in the morning. Sometimes, for many reasons we can be delayed, however, we will always arrive.
